Technical Electronic ignition woes

Hi all .
Got an uno fire engine with electronic ignition but no coil ,ecu etc just a little module on the side of the dizzy below ht leads
Would I be able to get an ecu or can I run without one ?

There were no ECUs in those days. The electronics were fully self-contained in the module on the distributor, really just acting as an electronic switch, instead of the mechanical switch of the contact breakers. Should work fine connected to the standard coil.

Where can I find a wiring diagram do u know ?
My Haynes manual ain't got one

Hi, I sold the same distributor with the correct ignition coil to a guy on the forum who also does YouTube vids.
He is in France.
Have a look for his posts and ask him for wiring colours.
