Hello from Preston!! My 2002 fiat keeps cutting out!

It's the fault where it keeps cutting out, every warning light comes on inc alternator failure, loose connection. I lose power steering and it won't start again. I've read it could be the ECU but it seems to not cut out when I don't have the fab on...which only works on setting number 4.

Oh sorry it's a 2002 1.6v hatchback

Probably the ECU then, lots of info on here about the 1.6 and its cutting out problems.
