124 Spider (Classic) Electrical Fuel injectors

I have 1980 Fiat spider got from a friend. Trying to get it started are both Injector wires suppose to be hot. And if not any ideas how to fix.

I don’t know if this is soon enough to help, but I’ll try. The ECU pulses voltage to the injectors. It’s actually 6 volts, I believe. I can’t recall if the ECU pulses the positive voltage or ground, but you just back probe the plug, hook a test light to it, and crank it over. Even if the test light is a regular 12V bulb, you’ll still see it flash as the ECU tries to fire the injector.
