Hi all! I'm new here and desperately after some advice. I've had my Stilo for three years this March. The first problem I had was that when my lights were on, if I changed to brights my lights would make a "shorting" noise and would take a secons to come on. Same switching back to dims. Took it to a garage and they said the indicator stick had dirt around it. They cleaned it for me and it was working again. I've been having the same issue again for about a year but I don't really drive much at night so haven't bothered having it looked at again. More worrying is that for the last few months my car is giving a warning beep every time I brake saying that my rear right indicator is not working. I've had my husband drive behind me and all lights are working as they should. I had a friend behind me the other day though and she said I had my hazards on at the traffic light (I would've had my left indicator on!). When it's raining and I have my wipers on, if I brake or put on my left indicator my back wiper starts going too!! I've rung Fiat and described the problem as they charge £65 just to look and I don't have much money. They seem to think its the onboard computer at a £500 replacement value!! Has anyone ever experienced this?? I can't afford the money at the moment so was hoping someone on here could suggest a solution to this problem?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the welcome! Yes, it does have the battery cover on.
