Hi all I have a fiat 500 1.4 petrol 2009 that needs the ecu checked it’s coming up with a P3020 code had a compression test done new plugs new injector swapped coils around I’m in Richmond Surrey london uk

I would think it more likely to be sensors etc rather than the ECU.
If your engine has variable valve timing then the solenoid may need cleaning as per the article. It also seems to be linked to exhaust gas problems so maybe its worth checking the Lambda sensors are working correctly etc. It also mentions the crankshaft position sensor.
