Hi everyone, haven't been on the forum or a while and finally got a bit of money to start playing with my car.

Looking to do a remap on my stock T-Jet. I live near Luton but willing to dive a long distance to get it done, would prefer a Rolling road session but not essential. Anyone got any ideas/stories of the Bedfordshire/Hertfordshire/Buckinghamshire/London and possibly Beekshire or Surrey areas. ImageUploadedByFIAT Forum1394113131.746047.jpg

Thanks in advance!

Thanks, busy that weekend but will have a look at the other website and see what they've got to offer.

Defo got to be tune4performance mate :)

Why does it have to be tune4perfomance JackFi?

Matt I live in Luton also. Personally I think there are many companies in this area but whether they are all equal is unclear.

I had my Alfa live mapped by FC Performance, but I had to drive to Castle Combe race circuit and it took the best part of the day to do a proper rolling road map. Leighton's shop isn't anything impressive to look at, but he knows his stuff, he is happy to share information and most of his work consists of mapping heavily modified Fiat Coupe 20VT's with anything from 300-600HP, so he has plenty of experience with the Fiat/Alfa ECU's. The Dyno is a 4WD Dastek Unit.

I can put you in touch with Leighton if you want, or you can look up FC Performance on Google and contact him yourself.

Lastly on the subject, don't expect an all day mapping session for 200 quid ;)

If I was you, I would sit down and carefully consider what modifications I want to add to the car overall, because after any mechanical/performance oriented change you will require a map to take full advantage, so my advice to you is to plan what you want to do and arrange to have the mapping work done last!

Humour

Reason I say Tune4performance as the guy that runs it Tony has being mapping fiats and alfas for years and was the first person to manage to access the t-jet ecu through the obd2 which before the ecu had to be taken out. Also he as a lot of knowledge of how a car should be mapped not just for its full power but drivability for everyday use. I have been to him twice now & never had any problems with my car & looking to go back for a map tweak soon :)
