Hi everyone my Ulysse overheated yesterday after I waited for it to cool down I tried to restart it and it came up economy mode and wouldn't start . I managed to get rid off ecomony mode by disconnecting the battery and turning the key to lock and unlock three times. However it then decided it had an immobilizer failure ? I tried disconnecting the battery again locking and unlocking the doors, I also tried putting the key in ignition and locking and unlocking with the fob however the fob won't work In the ignition but will out of ignition. I next tried disconnect then lock and unlocking fob with keys in door but to no avail. I don't have the key code card to try and recode the key as I think that may be the immobilizers issue but I'm no mechanic I'm just trying to avoid more hefty bills to my evergrowning list of car fails ? so if any one cam help id be seriously grateful thanks ?
