Hey, I've driven my car for 2 months now it started out fine, but after some time sometimes the eco index for a ride fell to 0? after a week or two ALL rides have a eco index of 0?

Have anyone experienced this?

i have a Fiat grande punto 1,3 diesel with a usb stick (cruizer micro 8 GB)

Also every time i turn on the car it says to me: ''updating, update complete, please remove the usb stick'' and i just press 'ok' on the steering wheel

thanks

Just hold on!!
For the update issue there is a simple solution. Sometimes for some reasons the ecodrive software forget to delete the install.inf file from the USB. So plug your USB pendrive into the PC locate the file and delete it. That's all!

But for eco index problem I would say I have the same issue! It started 10/May. Anyway I use the ecodrive since October 2008 without any problem! But from 10 May I have many journeys with 0 ecoIndex!!! And also I have many very wrong indexes for different journeys. For example 2 days ago I drove 300 km with and eco index of 6!!! How does it possible?? I've got a 1.4 500 and the average consumption was 6.5, which is pretty good for this engine and the ecoDrive rate this with a score of 6!!!
I checked my error log which contains the following error messages:

Code:
[ERROR]|com.fiat.ecoDrive.commands.GetEcoIndexCommand|ERROR: GetEcoIndexCommand::getEcoDriveIndexResultHandler: [RPC Fault faultString="HTTP request error" faultCode="Server.Error.Request" faultDetail="Error: [IOErrorEvent type="ioError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="Error #2032" errorID=2032]. and the following warning messages
Code:
[WARN]|com.fiat.ecoDrive.entities.DrivingCategoryScore|Category [2] for journey [-1] had a score of zero.

I have reported this issue to the ecoDrive team but still waiting for their answer.
