bought something from dutch ebay, bonnet lifters then bought them in england and didnt pay the one from ebay, i now have a letter in german with figures on them i presume demanding their money, do i have to pay? lol

in breach of contract... you should have contacted them..

offer to pay the listing fee as you no longer have your car.. if not you will have to pay for them

They can't do jack all. Ever tried getting money back from Ebay or Paypal. LOL. Basically you dont pay, the worse that will happen is you get an item unpaid strike and negative feedback. Or try sort it out and pay the seller his listing fees back and call it quits.

if you bid on it in an auction then the distance selling regulations do not apply, they can whistle for the money. If it is a buy it now, so you do not bid at all, then disatance selling regulations do apply but there is a cooling off period, 7 days I believe.
