Tuning easy quick engine swaps info

hi all fellow members. i have the 2014 Punto 1.2vvc engine fitted. well i am ex mechanic and love making a car feel nice and comfortable drive. mine is ok I ve put power chip in and a throttle pedal de restrictor then the norm toyosport de cat front pipe a Hornet big bore system ( sounds ok ) K&N filter. now i really want to put in 1.4 turbo but not working nowadays so out of my price, so just a 1.4 16V for now. so what do i need ? ECU engine with ECU would be ideal. so please tell me more of what i will need ??? front pipe ??? ahh i forgot to ask if one will drop straight in ??? well i hope i get bombarded with ideas . i don't want a race car just summit with a bit UMPH. and any parts you can sell me . i live in Cambridge. Unwritten rule of engine swaps is: if you ask "how", you're not qualified/prepared to pull this off.
Sell the car and buy something else (T-Jet "Grande" or MultiAir_Turbo "Evo").

I am well capable of doing engine swaps but, thought this is a forum for us to ask questions after all most swaps done are usually passed on to people whom would like to know . i am new to fiat I don't know what gearbox mates with which others amount of splines diameter spigot bearing diameter and especially ECUs . when i worked on cars as a tester mechanic fuel injection was only just being fitted to the old ford XRi Vauxhalls GTE/ NOVA , so i want to make sure that if i dropped in the 8v 1.4 engine it will be a plug and play. we wouldn't know anything about swaps nowadays if when people discovered it but didn't tell . Once I get use to fiat swaps i shall look into dropping in the 1.4 turbo but who knows, at the moment just a straight swap .
