E.R Valve on a JTD...has any1 ever..

...Blocked it off??

On the ford diesel.. if u block the Exhaust Re-circlating Valve pipe off, it makes the engine quicker...

If you do this tho to a JTD does the ECU through up loads of faults???

yer.. i just wanted to know if any1 had blocked it off.. and if u do.. how does it affect the car... I want it to draw fresh cold air not smelly used warm exhaust gasses with very little O2

The EGR is not open all the time.

when does it open cos u never see mine opening when u give it throttle. could it be buggered

you would hear a click near the glove box
