Does the Evo share the same turbo & dump valve as the Grande Punto..?

No, pretty sure it wont work, the whole set-up on the evo and grande are different, (turbo, pipework etc.) I think you would be restricted to http://www.italo-tuning.de/bonalume-popoff-2-p-1098.html which fits both the Sporting & Abarth Evo
