hi folks, bit of help needed.
had to call out RAC monday, duelogic 1.4 sporting would not start. turn key all lights etc come on fine but as i turned to start engine, nothing at all.
noticed the selespeed pump wasn't wurring as usual so disconected the battery for a while but nothing, also it would not change into any gear or put it in manual it would just stay in neutral.
any how... rac bloke come and plugged in his laptop and basicly used the Alfa romaeo settings and found out the clutch was not engaging therfor would not start. he kindly reset or adjusted the clutch and hey presto it worked. he said it should now be fine........
nope.
the mrs took it out last night and went 20 seconds down the road it made a crunching kind of noise and so she turned it off and then same as monday... nothing, no start. but luckly she tryd a third time and its started fine and ive been to work in it and still fine.
any idears?
