copious amounts of probs have forced me to do this mot due trying to sort it for that HB probs (cyl due to arrive weds pm) spent most of today trying to sort radio/hazard lights no luck blew 3 fuses non spare so gave up on cinq:behead:as for rar files :help: cant find wiring diagram. as we HAVE to be in hastings on tuesday driving down in the beast landrover discovery 300 tdi not the cinq like i hoped to. i call it the beast cos they were the first words out of my mouth after driving up my drive through 2 feet of snow loaded with 125 litres of heating oil and 300kg of peat and 4 adults didnt even have to use low range box i was impressed to say the least oh im going to get a haynes for the cinq take my time sort of thing when i get back cinq has me shattered at the mo thanks to those folks who posted etc

sorry not been able to get a stereo wiring diagram....

its simple though, you just need a switched live, a live and then the wires to your speakers.

cant go wrong tbh.,

did u sort your hazards??? have you tried a new switch?

no wurries clock we all have a life outside FS i just had to much to do NEED to be hastings tuesday family matter wanted to go in cinq but alas not enough knowledge on cinqs was oot last night till mid nite doing brakes bust seal on rear cyl as well now just feel better as weight lifted now

Got to agree with Ming on this. The landy may cost more but it's going to be far more comfortable than the cinq. I could never do that sort of journey in a small car nowadays and I used to drive a '83 1.1 polo from Aberdeenshire to Cornwall

i would happily take the cinq to landsend and back if the damn thing would hold together for more than a week  that said mine is 1.2 and has comfy recaro seats up front

wouldn't take an 899 though on standard seats, sure it can do it, but you'd probably wish you hadn't bothered taking it after a few hours of road noise and sore bits starting to appear

as the law has changed

im going in Sheba (my 899 cinq) thought law was you needed a month on mot to tax it but apparently not so taxed her the day im going on Saturday leaving@0200 overnight in Manchester and onward on Sunday will be just cruising about 60/65 just as in my motor-home so im used to it. got a full set of 155's on her now, just fitted rear wheel cylinder so back to handbrake stuff. MING ok bout switch how would i get it? & exhaust? alloys? anything you don't want/need for cinq
