Technical Ducato passenger door mirror - left hand side - antenna connections

Does anyone have any photos or schematics of the left hand side door mirror components? I'm specifically wanting to understand the DAB antenna connection and its pre-amplifier connection. Ive interrogated the engineering menu of the Fiat 5 inch Uconnect head unit & its telling me I have an open circuit on the DAB antenna. The connection to the audio unit is good. Be useful to see the assembly of the DAB antenna in the mirror before I start to strip it down. Thank you.

Perhaps that one would help, but not sure if it's a DAB antennae, it was described as a 2 function antennae (probably AM/FM):

There was also something called a multifunction antennae (AM/FM radio + GPS? + 3G/LTE?), but I have only a photo of a loose wiring loom. It seems to me that the 2 antennae sockets are those on the top right corner. This one comes most probably from the x290 model, don't know the year:
