General Ducato near side mirror will not work.

Can anyone give me a little guidance.
What do i look at first?
After a minor knock that did not smash the mirror glass the upper portion of the mirror will not move electrically.
The lower portion moves fine.

How can i fix and where do i look?

From memory there is a plug connector if you take the mirror glass out.

Check that this is tight and hasn't become dislodged.
