Ducato 2.8JTD question

I have a 2.8JTD seems to have lost power and fuel consumption is not as good as it was. I have checked normal stuff turbo waste gate not stuck and turbo pipes, changed fuel filter ect.I have noticed that the aluminium pipe coming from the turbo to the intercooler bolts on to the inlet manifold, there is 2 bolts coming out of the pipe and around these bolts is quiet wet with oil. Anyone ever come across this? would it be losing boost here? Also would it be worth getting it re-mapped.

i would say get it fixed and get a tuning box on there rather than a remap. i have used an ItalianSpeed box from ebay on my Stilo. great bit of kit made a big difference.
