Hello all, I've joined the other day after finding the forum, and I'm in desperate need of some help. Already posted but it was suggested I change my title , so I have reposted?!??
I have a FIAT Ducato 2.8 2002 Camper Van (vin ZFA23000006114861) and the gearbox needs replacing. Long story but already paid out a lot of money on what I thought was a gearbox refurb, but turned out they only fixed 5th gear. I have been advised to replace the whole gearbox, but am having a nightmare finding a replacement. Specialists I have contacted aren't able to help and I have only managed to find one (on eBay) that looks like its the right one, and another in Germany.
Wondered if those more knowledgable can offer any advise as to if there are any other gearboxes that would be compatible, or suggest where I can source one??
