Technical Dub Wheels

Can anyone help,my son has bought a 2008 Fiat Punto and it has Dub wheels fitted,the insurance company need proof that the wheels were an optional extra at the time the car was originally sold,which i have been told they were as Dub wheels were an optional extra on the car spec in 2008
Would really appreciate any help with this - I've spent more time waiting on hold for the insurance company !!!!!

Is his car a dub edition? If it is they were fitted to his car standard from the factory- does it have a stripe up the side under the glass with dub written on it?
If it isn't, they only come standard on a dub edition punto and have been put on the car at some point in its life.
