General drivers side oil/water residue leak & cab fumes??

Hi I'm new to this forum, can anyone help with the following: I have a 2007 3.0 ducato. When driving for more than 30 minutes, there is a strong anti freeze/diesel smell in the cab. on looking under the bonnet there is a small leak - watery oil residue coming from somewhere on the left hand side- from the middle to the bottom of the radiator area. any ideas where the leak is coming from ??

Check intercooler pipes are correctly fitted/no holes (I had one gain a hole and it was obvious due to the air woosh noise)
But also had the gunk leaking like yours from an improperly fitted hose after a radiator change

The smell in cab could be heater matrix, or EGR valve at rear of engine (looking from front) leaking from top hose plastic insert (not available separately) keep an eye on coolant level, if it drops could be a leak
