General door locks problem

Hi all, I have just bought a 1996 ulysse and after 1 days use I put the key in to lock the doors (as the push button doesn't work) and the key just turned around in the lock, so I thought I would try the passengers door, but the same thing happened, any ideas what the prblem is,
