Does enyone specialise in turbos??? updated

my turbo is fine, just lacks power when i put my foot down.....and my manifold glows red when i do so...! so when in motion its lags big time...but in nutural its fine and the boost is fine...!

can someone help, does eneyone know what it could be?

ooops...1.4 fiat punto gt3 r-reg...

minor mods.....such as

induction kit
hybrid turbo
boost controller
full exhaust system.

blockage somewhere in teh exhaust system, do you have a cat and does it glow? what you've described sounds like turbo being blocked, but if cat glows too its probably that
