Does Anyone Use A Aftermarket GearKnob Package Please Look In Fellow Members

Hi

I have a 1.4 bravo and wish to purchase a gearknob package for the car

i have heard from the others on here that state the gearknob is a bit fiddly to remove, but it can be pulled off (unlike the hard to remove handbrake)

what do i need and can one of you chaps provide me with a rough price.

if i see a person selling just a gearknob
what else will i require

will i need to purchase the gaitor and also a gear surround as well?

not a problem at all.

can i ask if i have a gear surroudn and gaitor
and the top of the gaitor is screw one type one thread

can i just purchase a gearknob on top? rather then the whole package?

you can make the original gaiter fit. i did on my 1.4 with next to no trouble. cost me about 2p for the elastic band to secure it from inside. very neat, tidy, and scarily, professional looking.
