Doblo Rear Lamp Cluster

Hi, can anyone tell me how to remove the rear lamp cluster on my 04 Doblo Dymanic? I've removed the two bolts but can't work out how to remove the cluster to replace the fog lamp bulb without breaking something. I don't have a handbook although I have one on order. Hopefully it's only the bulb that's faulty...
