doblo 2012 1.2engine how to switch off fog lights

Hi
l have fog lights that are on at the moment, they are on during daytime driving when no lights are switched on. The only time they go off is when headlights are turned on or the engine switched off. Can not find a manual for my model and all youtube videos show earlier models not mine. Can anyone assist me please?

They are day running lights, not foglights.
