I had a leak from the front windscreen washer and found a way of fixing it.
Unscrew passenger side (UK) front inside wheel arch.
Then you will see the pump and 2 tubes going to it.
The right angled fitting on the bottom of the right side is the original fitting that leaks and I don't know how difficult they are to source, so an easy fix is to remove the right angled fitting and with a 9mm pipe clip push it straight onto the pipe on the pump and secure with the clip which is shown on the left of the pump.
The pipe on the left feeds the front washer and the pipe on the right the rear washer.
