Anyone on here a bit of a whizz when it comes to digital photography, some of my pictures im taking turn out a bit blurred unless i have the camera absolutley still resting on something, reading about apurture values and shutter speed, would changing these help?

try putting your camera on manual focus and focus manually cos auto focus is shite and picks up things u dont want to focus on and thus u will get a blurry picture. getting a camera with great shutter speed will help the quality of the picture but i bet u that its the focus thats out. try that see wat happens

I just read in the manual it has a focus lock where if i focus the main target lightly press the button it will focus on that object, then i push the button fully and it takes the pic at that focus, sound familiar?

make it so the shutter closes quicker and wait until you have finished rehab before you take the photo

Really? i wouldn't know i was just chuffed to get it for my birthday.

So set the shutter speed as fast as it can go basically and i should get better pics?

haha no no i was only joking mate its a nice camera. yeah that should do the trick. i dont even have a camera :'(
