Differing quality between garages?

Hi all,

So a lady ran into the back of me the other day and caused some light damage to the paint, I got a couple of quotes for a repair and she agreed to pay the bill of £200. However, I have now found a place that will do it for £140.

Do garages have much variation in their ability to repair a rear bumber or do you think I am likely to get very similar results considering ill be saving 60 quid that could go to a charitable cause. IE window tints.
