Technical Difference between UT & Pacer Springs

Hello Guys

What is the difference between the above mentioned coil springs??

Are UT Springs shorter and if so, by how many mm??
Are UT springs stiffer??

Please share any other information guys.

Hello Eric,

I don't know the answer for certain - and by the look of it, neither does anyone else! - I don't think standard UT springs will make any difference (standard UT springs didn't seem very short or stiff) and may even be slightly higher at the front (due to the extra weight of turbo, intercooler, larger radiator etc.)

If, however, you fit springs intended to lower an Uno Turbo -40mm, they will lower your Uno Pacer by a similar amount.

My questions were more related to the difference between the Original UT springs and Pacer.

So i fitted UT rear springs on my Uno and my rear is lowered nicely, but now it is touching a bit and i am worried when i load passengers. It will be touching extremely worse.

I am currently using 175/70/13 tyres and i am thinking of changing the tyres to 175/60/13 or 185/60/13.

Will the touching stop??
