hi. i dunno if anyone is familiar with this? or if amyone has one? its basically a hard disk based mp3 player.
i have a fiat seicento sporting on an x reg. im using the stock head unit (sony CDX-C5000R) ive got a JL audio sub and a budget amp that work fine.
the problem i have is that i have installed the mp3 player like a CD changer so it uses the data cable (looks like a din connection) and RCA for audio. im getting some 'noise' when i play stuff off the mp3 player thru my stereo. ive connected the 12+ to the cigarette lighter cos its the only thing i could find that is OFF then i turn off the engine (i dont want a permananent connection to the mp3 player)
i get the noise when the engine is on and when its off...
Any ideas!? most places have never heard of this player so im hoping some other person has one?!... and also the forum is S**T on www.dension.com
