dealer has damaged car what do i do?

my son took his bravo to fiat car where he bought it and had a part replaced, ok so far the car is brand new so they gave it a courtesy wash and guess what the paint looks like now.
cobweb swirls every where so car went in today for them to put it right they had it all day and looks no better.the DARLING MANAGER who has only been there 2 weeks , cant see the problem so when we finally got him to open his eyes he say all fiat come like that !!!!
at this point i just want to rip his throat out so advice please any one had problem like this?
he now agreed to take it to another local body shop for what that will be worth!!

contact trading standards.Have you got pictures of the car before it went to the Dealers? Good evidence against the idiot who washed your car

Cobwebbing/swirls are because the cars dirty and they've probably used a sponge

its only light defections in the paint, but it'd be a long day polishing by hand or machine to correct it....
It'd cost as well for a Detailer to come out and sort it
