Technical Dead Dash

Hi, i just got my first car the other day, a cinquecento. Anyways, my dash is just dead apart from the speedo. The revs, handbreak light and fuel gauge all don't work. i phoned a friend who's a mechanic and he says the fuel guage not working is properly due to the sender being dead, but that doesn't seem likely as most of the dash is dead also.
Any ideas?

Fuse? F4 would be a starting point.
