Hi all we have a hobby main van exclusive on a Fiat ducato 2010, we have owned it since 2018 and the running lights along both sides of the vehicle are not working. We have checked all fuses and all the replays ( the ones we can find) and still can't find the fault any ideas please

2010
I think you will find that the side running lights are a Hobby installation. Fiat leave a lights on signal for the convertor to connect to. What controller do you have e.g. Electroblock?

Are these side marker lights, which illuminate when vehicle side & rear lights are switched on? If yes then command signal will probable be taken from the Fiat concerters panel, at the base of the RHS B pillar (behind driver if RHS drive vehicle). As suggested by @rayc , the side marker lights will be a Hobby installation. I would expect a relay box to be concealed somewhere. I have read reports of similar boxes being hidden behind a wardrobe, or under a front seat.
Again as suggested by rayc, the electrical installation in your Hobby is probably manufactures by Schaudt, who supply adapter boxes AD01 or AD02, which use the Fiat control signal to switch the marker lights.

I am attach details of the Fiat panel, and the Schaudt boxes.

On my motorhome the amber side lights control are provided from an output on an Electroblock EBL 271. This output is triggered by a negative 0V input that is provided by Fiat when the vehicle lights are switched on. The Electroblock houses the dc fuses etc for the habitation electrics. A photo of a disconnected one is attached. What control system do you have?

I have attached a Hobby manual for a 2021 model. On page 142 it shows an interface module which has fuses for the RH side and LH side markers. It says this module is located within the B pillar on the drivers side [UK]. This is the cover where the drivers seat belt is fixed. It may be worth checking yours to see if they were doing the same thing in 2010? https://www.hobby-caravan.de/filead...nleitungen/2021/RM/BA_RM_Optima_2021_engl.pdf

Hi we have found the box behind the drivers seat, all fuses are ok and wiring is all ok, but there doesn't seem to any power going to this box
