General Dampness

I have a 2008 fiat 500 and have started to notice a problem with mold behind the front seats and the windows having bad condensation after a short time as well as it taking quite a while for them to demist.
any help much appreciated, preferably as fast of a solution as possible as i drive to and from work daily and live in the county side so dont have many places available to take it to to be cleaned or something similar

If you do a search on Forum you will find many causes/solutions.
First I would check if water is in spare wheel well as often seams along rear panel and lamps etc. let in water. Lift up the mats/ carpets and have a good look.
If you have a sunroof that can be another source particularly if it's drains get blocked .
Use a wet vac or newspapers to suck up the water as everytime the car gets warm the damp will be in the air inside the car and not go away.

Water behind seats, rear washer pipe failure or sun roof drains, water in front door seals(Park on a slope?) Heater matrix, check rad water level! Blocked scuttle drains/duck bills, 1 min job to check other possibilities aerial base rear bumper mounts.

Also if you've not had one it WILL need a new engine earth strap, don't leave this £5 to fix yourself
Do you have AC? replace cabin filter and Never turn it off, if you have ac but it doesn't work fix it probably needs a recharge?
