Can remember who i was talking to about my dab end of last year but thought I would put a pic up of where it's fitted :)

Would be if I had a sat nav :) and it stay tuned to planet rock or planet rock all the time if do need to listen to anything else you can still use normal fm stations on the head unit anyway

Erm ok... I have a surplus TomTom holder if you (or anyone) should want one.

Radio 3 is a lot less stressful than Planet Rock.. Ahhhh

(I have a few small things for Fiats but just our Fiats so would I be ok to put them up here instead of in the general Fiat 'For Sale' thread - where they'd get swamped and probably not seen by those with the right cars? ;) )

Well i put the phone holder on the screen as use it for the reverse camera and use my phone for the nav thanks tho

There is a module that plugs in to the ariel connection on the the head unit then just tune it in to the specified frequency , it also has a usb fly lead for I pod connectivity aswell , it can also be run with rca's if the head unit allows

There are often double DIN cowls for sale on eBay for our cars. Has anyone bought one and fitted a 2DIN HU with satnav/big screen?

If you use the phrase "2 DIN radio mount fiat Qubo" there are some interesting hits, leads for the steering controls, head units and Dab units too (plus the cowls..)

The radio is the biggest disappointment with my Qubo. Because it is not a UK model it does not have DAB, but worse still it seems to have two MW bands but no long wave - what is the point with that? I had assumed that long wave would be there and that R4 would be available.

I need to get a system such as yours, so I can get the range of digital radio stations. Where do you plug in for the power source? Do you have a lot of trailing wires?

On the other hand the sound system itself is pretty impressive.

It's called a pure highway 300di the only trailing cables are a usb lead and a jack plug the rest is hidden , it's comes with ISO plugs and is normally plug and play but not with the qubo you just need to run an ignition fed live to the loom of which there is a spare one in the fuse board just above the dlc

What is ''dlc'' ?
can you pin point the ignition live on the fuse board, as i need one for a dash cam.

"Data link connector " the 16 pin socket , think it's the third one down from memory but a quick test with a circuit tester will see :)
