Hi, Just like to say that a month or so ago I bought my very first multi. A 2000 w reg 19 jtd and I love it. Any how the anti roll bar has been clanging since I bought it and ever so slowly driving me NUTS. After searching 5 scrap yards with no multi’s I found one with two in. ( busses come to mind). So happily I forcefully removed the scapyard bushes. 2 for a tenner. Today I tackled the job of replacing mine. Took them to bits no problem but the pillock who had the car before me has used a normal D bush that was much to big. guys D BUSHES DON’T WORK…. He also filled down the holes making them two bloody big. Jesus christ if your going to do a job do it right.
I’ve been back to the scrap yard but the parts are gone Doh! The second multi has a car on top of it. Double doh! So now it’s a waiting game. Tic, toc, tic.
And the morel of the story is…… Get all the parts even if you think you don’t need them
