Technical Cylinder head identification

Hey just need help identifying a cylinder head I've got 2 cylinder heads 1 is off my 1.1 fiat seicento sporting spi the other is a spare I came across when buying a seicento 1.1 for parts it was sat on the back seat of the Doner car with no info on it just want to know if its a newer 1.1 head or is it off a 1.2 8v engine spi or mpi. Any help will be greatly appreciated thanks

Is there a part number on it? Looks like MPI head to me.

Look at the stud pattern on the inlet ports. The two middle studs on the top row are noticeably higher for the mpi heads
