On the last week of October 2015, the engine mixed oil with water. Machenic took it to the engineering for overall for the second time since 2011. Towards the end of November 2105, While I was driving, the car lost power and stopped on the road. It was heating, water came out of the exhaust pipe. Machenic said that it has blown gasket and took the cylinder head to the engineering for skimming. On the 1St day of 2016 (New year's day) my Uno lost power and stopped again for the third time in 12 weeks.

What could be the problem here? I love my car & don't want to loose it.
Please help.

If the head or block has been skimmed (machined the surface back to flat condition) more than a couple of times (or by a lot once) you either have higher compression or have to fit a thicker head gasket. Both of these are more likey to cause the gasket to fail again. Hard to say more without knowledge of exactly what was done to the engine each time. If it was just the head that was skimmed you could try replacing the head, but the block should be carefully checked. Otherwise a used or rebuilt engine is an option. Personally I'd prefer an engine from a rusty or crashed car unless I knew for certain that the engine rebuilder was competent and trusworthy. Many just do the obvious fault and maybe give it a clean.

In addition to what g8rpi said I'd also get the radiator, thermostat and water pump checked. It may be that each time the new head and gasket were fine but that the above components aren't doing their jobs properly and the head gasket blew as a result.

As Core has said, something must be causing it.

Unless it is that it's been skimmed too many times.
I'm pretty sure you can order an aluminium head gasket for the puntos.
May be worth spending the extra on one of these too if they fit an uno
