Hello, I have decided to install a cruise control on my RHD 2009 Multipla multijet. The system is the apc900i, a common choice as aftermarket cruise controls for car/vans who hadn’t been imagined for it. Installation was going really smoothly till when I haven’t found out that the T-harness fo connect the accelerator pedal is not compatible with RHD versions as they still retain the old accelerator of the first series (I.e. with the external pontentiometer) rather than the common accelerator pedal with the oval six pin connector spread across the whole fleet of Fiat Lancia group i the rest of the world. Anyhow, while I’ve managed to source the old style connectors to replace them on t-harness, the wiring colours Ofc it’s completely different and I am not confident that the wiring would allow an easy swap. I’ve added the picture of both connectors and I am trying to source the wiring diagram for the accelerator to understand how to finalise the connections any help or tip would be really appreciated.

I found a bit of info for you , but it's confusing to say the least (what looks like a 6 way connector with a 7 reference ??)

It's not everything, but maybe it'll help you on the way

and cable colour coding is here:

Where did you get your CC from ?

I bought mine (same model of CC) for my abarth 595 from Bridgewater , one of the key things they asked was for a photo of the acc pedal connector (in my case it was the oval type)

But they were very helpful with all aspects.

Thank you, I got mine from Pro team. They were very helpful too, I might write to them actually. The thing is no one would have imagined that Fiat hadn’t updated RHD cars with the new pedal. I believe that the T harness comes as standard without connectors and that they are put on do the most common models.
