I have been given the task of testing it and presenting it to a few people.

I'm using Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Trying to import contacts and its such a long process. Managed to do an import of about 4 to test. Need to do 964 in one batch but the bloody mapping thing is so annoying. (like it is in outlook)

unlucky. My VERY limited knowledge on MS CRM is that is sucks donkey balls.

We are using CommitCRM which has IT Support related crap built into it too with minimum config required.

Also got a Good Asset Database too .

Mines a proper Win32 program. Even runs in Linux under WINE / Crossover Linux :slayer: So I aint even tied to Windows

Just as well as a lot of my Work time (after I've finished off a SBS 2003 - SBS 2008 Migration I'm in the middle of) will be with my head stuck well deep into linux setting up a Online offsite opensource backup service for our clients which will backup open files and Exchange, SQL etc etc using VSS .
