Right im planning on carrying out a Brembo conversion on my bravo, and have a couple of questions.

1. Does anybody have a technical drawing or the dimensions or any form of drawing for the brackets that need to be made up?

2. What is the Part number for the seal kit to recon the calipers? or if anyone has the dimensions of the seals?

Cheers.

1. The only person who has drawings is Ash, but won't disclose them due to the time and effort put into designing and making them. His answer to this very question a while ago was dont bother as your not gonna find someone cheap enough to make them up for you. Unless you work with metals. :)

2. Try eper or brembo themselves.

I'm an engineer and work for a large brake manufacturer so i have the know how and machinary at my disposal. Just wanted to save a bit of time as i havent bought any calipers yet.

wouldnt bother with the brembo's you can get a pair of brand new willwood 4pots for £250 which is about the price of a pair of poor condition coupe brembos

the willwoods weigh less are easier to fit clear nearly all makes of wheels dont warp discs due to having un even sized pistons like the brembos. shall i go on ...............

speak with rally designs in faversham they can provide everything you need.

and i dont have a plan of the brackets i made as they were lost when my computer crashed and i cant remember the dimensions anymore as i made them over 4 years ago.

Anything With Tits or Wheels Will Cost You MONEY!!

And you will go through bottom ball joints like no one's Business, which in the bravo/a case means a hole arm replacment.

Plus with the wheel alignment being different, due to the 15mm spacer, with the added 3 1/2 KG on each side, vibration and all round just not a good felling at 115/120 and gets really bad beyond that. And that stay's the same even after rebalencing + tracking being done.

Just do what Ash has said, Ohh ye and the under steer in the wet is noticeable aswell.

To be 100% honest if you are looking for performance ( IN GENERAL) stick with what you have, and get the best pads /discs you can get.

If you are going for looks?? and straight fast line stopping power?? brembos EVERY TIME .

I use to notice lots of people just staring at my wheels :)

I have a rough guide of the adapters, that any good metal worker could figure out with certain other components to hand.

But listen to, and read what has been said.

Well i've been toying with the idea for a while and i will be getting brembos.

I can't remebember the last time i took my car to speeds like that, so it wont be an issue.

If you can send me the drawing/diemnsions for the bracket i would be extremly grateful.

Cheers.
