Technical Coupe Heater Blower remains on!

Another bizarre fiat coupe (electrics) problem! This time, when I switched the engine off the heater blower remained on and would not switch off even with the key out of the ignition or by turning the control. Any ideas or similar experience?

if it is just the heater remaining on there's probably a fault in the wiring possibly somehow getting a constant live between the resistor and fan? try removing the resistor, can't tell you were it's located but it'll be somewhere, which someone should be able to point out to you.

obviously do this with the battery disconnected. but once the power is back on if it remains back on you've isolated it to this area.

oh before you do that take the appropiate fuse out of the fusebox, it's an easier job to do and if it remains on when removed it is definitely getting power from somewhere it shouldn't.
