Hi Guys,

Might be a useful tip, the council run MOT test centres don't have a vested interest in you car failing it's MOT, as it doesn't have the facilities to make money from repairs.

Possibly, but the tester at our local depot fails stuff I wouldn't. They tend to fail stuff because they know they have'nt got to fix it.Take into consideration having it fail, finding somewhere that can fit it in and then the hassle of taking it back for a retest then I can't see the point. Far better to find a reliable garage in the first place.
