Cost Of Marea Clutch

Jus need some help!

My marea 155 20v clutch is makin a funny noise wen i press the clutch pedal, and it doesnt go into gear sometimes....i think it may be the thrust bearing??? Not sure? If so would i have to change the clutch or just the thrust bearing?? And what kind of price am i lookin at, parts & labour??

Hmm,

Why not change the clutch whilst the engine is out?

Cost of clutch kit - about £100.

Labour is anywhere from £15 to £60 per hour; depending on who does the job. You might aswell get the camblet and tensioners done whilst the engine is out.

I have just had a quote of £640 to clutch, cambelt and tensioners for a 155 HGT.

But i meant to say release bearing...NOT thrust bearing!!!! Basically it is my clutch which isn't working properly and it is not allowin me to put it into gear.
