Convert or NOT to convert !!

Hi guys so I'm new to the site I have owned and loved many different fiats

Fiat uno 45s first car
Fiat uno fire
Fiat UNO turbo (f275 DCK) where is it now ??
Fiat coupe 20v turbo

So I have been thinking once again about buying another UNO TURBO but like
Rocking horse (bleep) to get and on auto trader there is a cracking 5 door c reg mk1 with only 11k on the clock,so was thinking of turning it into a solid uno turbo

My question is:- would a 5 door be still easy on the eye

And

What would I have to do to change the logbook so the c reg uno is changed to a turbo
CAN YOU DO THAT just tell the DVLA that you have converted the car

They'll need new engine numbers etc, and I'm not sure if it did go through and is the case, but they were on about proving ownership of the engine etc incase its come from a stolen car etc.
