well she's been handed in for the service, 0830 on the dot they opened, very pleasant bloke at the service counter booked her in, pointed out the 2 warranty items, and now i'm waiting like an expectant dad!!!

well got the car back at 1030, all done, etc, for a reasonable £130, however the repeater indicator which was "done" clearly wasn't and on pointing that out, a new one was ordered, that coupled with the lack of a clean was a little off putting
dunno if i'm expecting too much, or even the same as other dealerships, but in my past life as a driver for ford/vauxhall/audi/toyota/honda/et al all cars went for at least an outside wash before being returned to the owner, and a full valet when in for annual servicing, the then new toyota/lexus dealership i temped at had awesome customer service and a garage that was spotless despite a full rack of cars in....sigh

You're not the only one not getting a good valet after a warranty repair or service. A friend of mine at work has a 03 reg Corsa Sri. She took the car in for a service. When the car was being serviced, they noticed an oil leak so she told them to fix it. This took them a week
