So, I got to thinking about the Black Barge and her Dials (odometer, rev counter, etc). I quite like the "unique" look of the Multi's console but thought it may be cool to have something different to my model.
First thoughts were to transfer over the Brava/Bravo Dials and surround to sit in front of the steering wheel (i was gonna adapt the storage compartment). Then figured all I was doing was making it "generic".
So I got to figuring a boost gauge, volt meter, etc may be cool mounted there in the "hood" would look cool, instead of on the A Pillar. (It'd also look like boobies on the dash
)
I'd also like to change the LED colour to Blue on the console. How easy/feasible is that to do?
I appreciate that people may not like the idea but its my car and I'd like to make it unique and stand out even more.
Also not being a super mechanic, I'm keen to learn about mechanics (only as a hobby) to be able to really up the power of the Multi and make it the most powerful Multi in Kent.
How does one go about this? Is a box better than a MAP? Are we looking at internal changes or do the standard components perform well. I prev had a map in it from her former keeper but took it off as I had management issues which have since been rectified.
A lot, I know but you guys are the best group of knowledgeable folk I've met so hoping you can shed some light.
