Also what about the door handles ?

hi premrajeev tell me that doesn't look better than worn sunbleached black (now grey) plastic, are you spraying the whole, car try a different shade of blue, eg on the porshe 968 club sport (always liked it) at the moment i like the new focus orange, were going to do one of the many mini's at work in it, i'l take my camera to work tommorow and show you some of the projects we are doing

alex,

seatbelt spring is still lying on my table waiting for it's day.

well will try it after some days : possibly on coming saturday..

My dashboard seems too dull - what should i use to give it a fresh look ?

Id fit a turbo dash mate, they plug straight in and all you will need to do is wire up the rev counter which is just 1 wire if i remember correctly..
turbo dash looks sweet... :slayer:

If you fancy, you could take out the bit above the centre console and the vents... it's like a rectangle, and it's the perfect shape & size for two small dials.

Could have one giving RPM and the other doing engine temp, or something similar.

I personally like the black-ringed, blacked out style, that light up with a blue backgrond and orange/red needle when the engine's turned on.

Could also fit a push button start... not sure...

Uno Turbo centre console's always good, makes the interior look more substancial, and i'd consider a red carpet from a Mk1 if that's your thing...!

There's always Neon wire which usually looks tacky but, with a little skill and good design sense, could really look trick! :)

we dont have turbo uno's here: neither any uno here in India is fitted with tacho's. But yes i have seen temp gauges in some models, will get one for me, and i always fancy tachometers, am trying to get hold of one from another vehicle (may b a palio or sienna)

Well drag,

I dont understand which portion u r saying about. Is it below the dash?

well my speedo and instrument cluster is taken apart into bits now, am trying to fit LED lights for the standard ones.. And a boot open warning indicator light + choke light.

What if u can send me a turbo cluster to India :D :D

I'm curious too, where do you mean dragyth? (Hopefully) attached is a pick of my stock MK2 centre console

Where do you mean? On the ashtray cover?

Like that =)

Really looks ...effective, once done.

More turboish...

Oh, and it's really worthwhile getting a turbo cluster. I have a spare one and would send it if I could find it, if it's in good working order...

Especially if you want 200km/h, it's worth it. My UK Spec one has 160mph on it, that's nearly 260km/h. Probably a bit optimistic for a Mk2. =)

Haha dials that look like my Microsoft Paint ones would be classic.

"what boost is it?"
"dunno"
"revs?"
"dunno"
