I think im going to invest in some coilovers.

ive found these:
1
http://search.ebay.co.uk/search/search.dll?from=R40&_trksid=m37&satitle=coilovers+stilo

can anyone tell me the difference between the two?
other than the price?

i'll then be selling my 50mm eibach sportlines if anyone is interested.
they cost me £150 approx 2,000 miles ago.

Also, will 50mm coilovers make my car look alot lower than on 50mm springs alone?
cheers

Are you mad

About the only reason to change is if you're TOO low at the moment.

Why not invest in some uprated dampers? That will improve handling and ride dramatically (y)

No im not mad, just think the lower it looks the better!
its 50mm at teh mo, and doesnt scrape anywhere. so i think id be safe going lower.

plus mines only a 1.4, so it never going to be particularly fast, so i'd like it just to look amazing.

That does look pretty decent, guess it must be an 80mm drop or something. Speedbumps'll be interesting :D

I have to say personally though, lowest I'd go is 50mm. Roads around my bit would just become impossible if I went much lower than that.

Why not just put smaller wheels on - that should have it resting on the tarmac OK lol :D

I can't for the life of me understand why anyone would want to make their car so un-drivable. For heavens sake colye, do you not drive your car anywhere other than local roads (presumably without speed-bumps)

that drop would only be a show drop. i would have it at a similar ride hight as it is now for everyday use. i just want to be able to have it slammed for shows.
