hi everyone.just picked up my bravo today but the garage never had the code card!!! is it possible to get a replacement card issued? the bugger only gave me the red key aswell.can you get these replaced????

I'm sure later models (99 on) didn't come with a code card - FIAT hold the info themselves. You can get spare keys cut from the red master

Well Im not from UK, but I did get the code card, it is used for starting the car using the ”pedal” system if something goes wrong with the key code receiver on the lock.

according to the manual the key has a electronic code built in which the car reads when you start the engine.if i was to get a key cut from the master key it would not have the code built in to it.

In the UK you don't get a CODE card as it affected the insurance group or similar iirc.

what about the keys? is it possible to get a new one cut or is it a specialist job to re-code them?

Timpsons can make you a copy from either the blue or red key. They copy the hardware part of the key, and implement the code from your key to the new key via PC.
